ABOUT ME

I started teaching yoga with one mission in mind: to help people tap into their full potential as they relearn how to function as the best version of themselves!

My personal journey, knowledge and interest in spirituality help me hold space for whoever is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery.

As someone who could never fit into “the standards” & as a firm believer that there’s more to life than what society wants to make us believe there is, as a visionary & an idealist, I’ve always wanted to leave a mark on this world.

I’ve always been super sensitive, so sensitive that I thought this world was too harsh for me. I just wasn’t looking in the right place. After learning how to use this as an advantage, using my deep sensitivity for the world to make a change in humanity.

As yoga found me, I was in a truly dark place. A place ruled by anger, fear, burnout, and self-destruction. A place where my sense of self was close to non-existent and the noise around me was dictating who I was. Yoga helped me start to notice the light at the end of that dark tunnel I felt so stuck in for years. Yoga brought me into the light, it helped me get in touch with the deepest parts of myself & find joy within.

My mission is now clear - to help people like you tap into their full potential and relearn how to function as their best selves again!

MY METHOD

  • Embodied movement

    Embodied movement entails more than just practicing yoga, it’s about consciously being in our bodies & learning to hold space for ourselves.

  • breathwork

    Breathwork is a very powerful tool that can be used to unlock parts of our brains that cannot be reached in other ways, as well as release stored memories and trauma from the body.

  • meditation

    Becoming in control of our mind and de-identifying from it holds immense power & can free us from so much pain.
